Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience
- ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively with approximately 60% of time on feet and 40% at desk
- constant typing, writing, and grasping required
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach above shoulder
- ability to lift, move, push, or pull up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently
- availability to work full-time schedule Wednesday through Sunday, 8am - 5pm
- authorization to undergo background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from residents and prospects
- assist in managing leads in CRM
- schedule appointments for leasing team
- ensure tour path is prepped for the day including models open, coffee bar stocked, balloons out, music on
- assist in delivering resident notices and renewal letters
- conduct package audits and ensure package rooms are in order
- plan and coordinate monthly resident events
- assist in posting to property social media pages
- perform all reasonable duties as outlined by supervisor
- strive to exceed residents' expectations for excellent customer service
- contribute to a positive team culture and happy resident base
