The Concierge role at 500 Lake Shore Drive, managed by Related Management, is a critical position that serves as the frontline ambassador of the building, shaping the first impression upon residents and guests. The concierge is responsible for delivering a warm, polished, and reliable service that reflects the high standards of the property. This role involves a diverse range of duties, including greeting residents and visitors with professionalism, managing building security systems, overseeing package and amenity logistics, and supporting both move-in/move-out activities and leasing efforts. Additionally, the Concierge plays an important role in lifestyle and brand engagement by providing local recommendations, maintaining community bulletin boards, and enhancing the personalized experience of residents based on their preferences.

This position demands a composed and professional demeanor with a passion for excellent service. Candidates must be comfortable with basic digital tools such as logging systems, CRM platforms, email, and MS Office applications, and possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
