The current opportunity is for a part-time Concierge position, primarily covering evenings and weekends, where you will become a welcoming face for residents, guests, and vendors.
As a Concierge at Watercrest at Bryan, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and friendly communication across the community while managing day-to-day front desk operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with active and senior adults. The Concierge assists in managing calls, visitor logs, office supply inventory, and resident maintenance requests, enhancing the overall living experience for Watercrest residents.

Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted)
- Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English
- Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults or senior adult or senior living preferred
- The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active or senior adults

Job Duties
- Answer the telephone and direct calls as needed or take messages ensuring no one is left on hold for long periods
- Ensure all guests and vendors sign in and out
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area
- Help ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed
- Assist in the submission of resident maintenance work orders
