The property offers a full-time Concierge position within its Front Office Team, requiring individuals with availability for both AM and PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the dynamic needs of its upscale clientele.
The Concierge role is pivotal in elevating guest experiences by providing personalized assistance and expert guidance regarding local attractions, hotel amenities, and various guest needs. This position involves delivering high-touch service by facilitating reservations for dining, transportation, tours, events, and other activities. The Concierge also handles guest communications, manages special requests such as arranging childcare or floral deliveries, and ensures timely resolution of inquiries and any concerns to uphold the hotel’s esteemed service standards.

Job Requirements

- Availability to work AM and PM shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries including directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and other activities
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests as requested
- Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel for guests
- Respond to special requests for services including child care, florists, etc.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Register VIP guests as needed
- Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed
