This company is dedicated to providing customized living experiences rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach, aiming to fulfill varied resident needs with meticulous attention and personalized service. The company is committed to excellence in managing properties that emphasize safety, community, and convenience for its residents.
One of Brookfield Properties' prime residential locations is Waterside Plaza at 30 Waterside Plaza. Here, the role available is that of a Concierge, a pivotal position ensuring that the residents and visitors receive exceptional service and feel warmly welcomed. This role is instrumental in managing the building entrance, monitoring traffic flow, and serving as the front-line ambassador of the property. The Concierge not only greets all residents and guests warmly but also maintains extensive knowledge of local services and events to assist residents effectively.
The Concierge at Waterside Plaza will be responsible for a range of duties that foster a vibrant and engaged community within the property. These duties include coordinating with local service providers, managing service requests, and organizing social and recreational programs such as movie nights and game evenings to enhance the residents’ living experience. The position demands a person with outstanding customer service skills, adaptability, initiative, and competency in Microsoft Office applications.
This part-time schedule includes working evenings from Sunday, Wednesday through Saturday, 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM, allowing for a balance of work and personal time. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.29 to $29.72, depending on experience, along with a union-based contract framework.
Brookfield Properties offers an enticing compensation package and a rich array of incentives for associates, underscoring its commitment to employee wellbeing and professional growth. Benefits include a full benefits package, generous paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Moreover, employees enjoy a lucrative referral bonus program and an exclusive associate rental discount, encouraging the choice to live within one of the company’s attractive properties. Brookfield Properties stands as an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and inclusion actively. The company strictly maintains a drug-free workplace and promotes fairness across all facets of employment, making it an admirable workplace for professionals seeking a meaningful and rewarding career in property residential management.
