This role is instrumental in managing the building entrance, monitoring traffic flow, and serving as the front-line ambassador of the property. The Concierge not only greets all residents and guests warmly but also maintains extensive knowledge of local services and events to assist residents effectively.

The Concierge at Waterside Plaza will be responsible for a range of duties that foster a vibrant and engaged community within the property. These duties include coordinating with local service providers, managing service requests, and organizing social and recreational programs such as movie nights and game evenings to enhance the residents’ living experience. The position demands a person with outstanding customer service skills, adaptability, initiative, and competency in Microsoft Office applications.

This part-time schedule includes working evenings from Sunday, Wednesday through Saturday, 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM, allowing for a balance of work and personal time. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.29 to $29.72, depending on experience, along with a union-based contract framework.
