Job Duties

  • provide service to property residents and visitors
  • manage building entrances and monitor traffic flow
  • warmly greet residents and guests
  • maintain and relay information about local services and city events
  • make reservations for residents including dinner, theater, and local recreation
  • prepare and follow up on service requests with contractors
  • communicate with residents and families to address questions or concerns
  • keep lobby bulletin board updated
  • plan and implement social and recreational programs such as movies and game nights
  • assist residents with packages
