Job Duties
- provide service to property residents and visitors
- manage building entrances and monitor traffic flow
- warmly greet residents and guests
- maintain and relay information about local services and city events
- make reservations for residents including dinner, theater, and local recreation
- prepare and follow up on service requests with contractors
- communicate with residents and families to address questions or concerns
- keep lobby bulletin board updated
- plan and implement social and recreational programs such as movies and game nights
- assist residents with packages
