Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of Concierge or Hospitality experience required
  • Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
  • Valid driver's license preferred depending on property needs
  • Skills in customer service, adaptability, initiative, and Microsoft Office

  • Associate degree in Concierge or Hospitality Customer Service preferred
  • 1-2 years of Concierge or Hospitality experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt and take initiative

Job Duties

  • Provides a warm greeting to all residents and guests
  • Maintains knowledge and provides information to residents regarding available services and upcoming events
  • Makes dinner, theater, and local recreation reservations for residents
  • Prepares service requests and works closely with service contractors to ensure jobs are handled appropriately
  • Communicates with residents and families regarding questions or concerns and takes steps to resolve issues or refers them to appropriate associates
  • Greets residents and visitors and keeps lobby bulletin board up to date with information of interest to residents
  • Plans and implements social and recreational programs for property residents such as movies, game nights, and other social events
  • Assists residents with packages
