Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of Concierge or Hospitality experience required
- Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
- Valid driver's license preferred depending on property needs
- Skills in customer service, adaptability, initiative, and Microsoft Office

- Associate degree in Concierge or Hospitality Customer Service preferred
- 1-2 years of Concierge or Hospitality experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt and take initiative
Job Duties
- Provides a warm greeting to all residents and guests
- Maintains knowledge and provides information to residents regarding available services and upcoming events
- Makes dinner, theater, and local recreation reservations for residents
- Prepares service requests and works closely with service contractors to ensure jobs are handled appropriately
- Communicates with residents and families regarding questions or concerns and takes steps to resolve issues or refers them to appropriate associates
- Greets residents and visitors and keeps lobby bulletin board up to date with information of interest to residents
- Plans and implements social and recreational programs for property residents such as movies, game nights, and other social events
- Assists residents with packages
