Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in hospitality, security, or residential concierge
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain alert and composed during overnight hours
  • familiarity with basic security protocols and emergency response procedures
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • comfortable using building management software or digital log systems
  • must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Job Duties

  • Monitor building access points, security systems, and surveillance cameras
  • greet and assist residents and guests with professionalism and discretion
  • respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests
  • maintain detailed logs of overnight activity, incidents, and visitor check-ins
  • coordinate with emergency services or building management as needed
  • conduct regular patrols of common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness
  • enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully
  • manage package deliveries and ensure secure storage or handoff
  • assist with elevator access, parking coordination, and amenity oversight
