Job Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality, security, or residential concierge
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to remain alert and composed during overnight hours
familiarity with basic security protocols and emergency response procedures
professional appearance and demeanor
comfortable using building management software or digital log systems
must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Job Duties

Monitor building access points, security systems, and surveillance cameras
greet and assist residents and guests with professionalism and discretion
respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests
maintain detailed logs of overnight activity, incidents, and visitor check-ins
coordinate with emergency services or building management as needed
conduct regular patrols of common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness
enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully
manage package deliveries and ensure secure storage or handoff
assist with elevator access, parking coordination, and amenity oversight
