Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or residential community role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or to support other properties
- Basic computer literacy
- Commitment to providing excellent resident service
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or resident services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with local area resources and vendor relationships
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and phone systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with completed service request callbacks
- Maintain the guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
- Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour-ready condition before opening each day
- Manage all package deliveries, document arrivals, and notify residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community-provided services
- Assist in scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
