The Concierge role at Pebble Beach Company focuses on providing an unparalleled guest arrival experience. The Concierge acts as the key point of contact for guests, handling their requests and facilitating various bookings such as dining, spa services, golf tee times, tours, activities, and transportation. This position requires a strong knowledge of the resort and the wider Monterey Peninsula to anticipate and exceed the needs and expectations of guests. Working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, the Concierge is expected to navigate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards. The role also involves escorting guests to their rooms upon arrival, accurately managing shipments, and ensuring compliance with the company's safety policies and cultural values.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to handle large volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment including walking and standing excessively and lifting/pushing/pulling 20-50 lbs. frequently
- Must be team oriented and able to problem solve under stress
- Must possess basic clerical skills
- Minimum 3 years guest service experience on the Monterey Peninsula
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to work independently and interface well with others
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including holidays

- Minimum of 3 years in guest service related work on the Monterey Peninsula
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Present a professional image in dress and communication
- Ability to work independently and with co-workers, guests, and visitors
- Basic clerical skills to assist guests with business needs
- Team oriented and driven to overcome stressful situations
- Passionate about serving people
- Knowledge of Pebble Beach Resorts and Monterey Peninsula preferred
- Second language preferred
Job Duties
- Escort guests to their room upon arrival
- Recommend and assist in booking dining, spa, golf, tours/activities, transportation
- Balance multiple tasks and requests at the guest services desk
- Accurately record incoming and outgoing shipments
- Frequently lift 50 lbs. or more
- Anticipate guest needs using resort and local knowledge
- Comply with company safety and health policies
