The role of Concierge at Pebble Beach Company plays a critical part in crafting and facilitating a memorable guest experience. The Concierge serves as the initial and ongoing point of contact for guests, ensuring their arrival is handled smoothly and all their needs are anticipated and addressed throughout their stay. This position involves working closely with guests in advance and during their visit, managing a variety of booking requests that include dining reservations, spa treatments, golf outings, tours, transportation, and other guest activities. The Concierge must work efficiently in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, making expert recommendations utilizing extensive knowledge of the resort and the Monterey Peninsula to create personalized experiences that align with Pebble Beach Company's mission: "to exceed the guest's expectation by providing a once in a lifetime experience, every time." This individual will balance numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining impeccable attention to detail and professionalism. The role requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with basic clerical abilities to support guest business needs. A minimum of three years of guest service experience on the Monterey Peninsula is required, alongside the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in guest service related work on the Monterey Peninsula
- must be a good communicator both orally and in written form

- passionate about serving people
- knowledge of Pebble Beach Resorts and Monterey Peninsula preferred
- second language preferred
Job Duties
- Escort guests to their room upon arrival
- recommend and assist in booking dining, spa, golf, tours/activities, transportation
- effectively balance a high level of multi-tasking at The Guest Services Desk
- accurately record outgoing and incoming shipping
- frequently lift 50 lbs or more
- anticipate guest needs and tailor recommendations using resort and local knowledge
- comply with company safety and health policies and procedures
