The current job opening is for a full-time Concierge position at The Fitzgerald, a residential apartment community located in Midtown Baltimore City. The Concierge role is integral to the smooth daily operations of this vibrant community. Scheduled to work an 8-hour shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, the Concierge will serve as the welcoming face for residents and guests alike. This position requires someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, abilities to multitask, and manages various responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
As a Concierge, your key responsibilities will include creating and fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for all residents and visitors, responding to resident inquiries, and understanding resident needs to provide optimal service solutions. You will assist with mail and package management, including sorting and distribution, coordinate parking pass allocations, answer telephones, and handle routine inquiries professionally. Furthermore, you will follow up on maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction is achieved, provide backup support to team members when necessary, and occasionally conduct tours of the premises. This role also requires adherence to and modeling of the company’s Core Values, maintaining high standards of conduct, and performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years' prior customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
- Ability to manage priorities and multi-task
- Ability to engage others and cultivate positive relationships
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs

Job Duties
- Creating and fostering a welcoming environment for all residents and guests
- Interacting with residents and developing a quick understanding of their needs and actions required to promote positive response
- Assisting with incoming mail and packages including sorting and distributing
- Coordinating and handling parking passes designated to the building
- Answering telephones and responding to routine inquiries and directing calls as appropriate
- Reviewing and following up with maintenance requests to confirm resident satisfaction
- Providing backup as needed to other team members including occasional tours of the premises
- Modeling the company's core values for clients and other associates
- Performing other duties as assigned within reason and relevance to the job
