Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • ability to manage priorities and multitask effectively
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • capable of lifting 30 to 50 lbs as needed
  • event coordination experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests professionally and courteously, develop rapport with residents and anticipate their needs, assist with incoming mail and package handling including sorting and distribution, coordinate and manage building parking passes, answer phones and respond to general inquiries, review and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction, provide backup support to team members including conducting property tours
