With a robust portfolio that includes 3,000 apartments across some of Chicago's most vibrant neighborhoods, Reside Living has established itself as a leader in multifamily property management. The company is dedicated not only to offering superior living spaces but also to fostering an environment that emphasizes sustainability by integrating green solutions and technologies into its operations. Employees at Reside Living benefit from a culture of growth and opportunity, where diversity and inclusion are prioritized, ensuring every individual can thrive in a supportive work environment.

Currently, Reside Living is seeking Concierge professionals to join its team. This role is pivotal in delivering the signature Reside lifestyle and exceptional customer experience that residents have come to expect. Working as a Concierge means being the first point of contact for residents and prospects, providing a wide range of amenities and support that enhance convenience, service, and community engagement at multifamily properties. The Concierge program at Reside Living is designed to elevate the resident experience by offering personalized services that go beyond standard expectations, from greeting guests and managing guest registrations to assisting with transportation needs and coordinating community events.

The position offers a competitive starting wage of $20.00 per hour along with comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, 401K matching, commuter benefits, and a significant monthly apartment discount. The company values employee development and offers training for the right candidates, emphasizing internal promotion opportunities. Schedules for this role accommodate work-life balance, with second shift hours and consecutive days off, fostering a healthy work environment. Concierges are entrusted with responsibilities that span from light leasing support to after-hours property management functions, making this role both diverse and integral to the overall property operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in customer service, hospitality, or property management seeking to grow their careers within a reputable and forward-thinking company.
