The Concierge Temporary Part-Time position is designed to support the employees of BEST’s clients by proactively anticipating their needs and promptly responding to their requests. This role is part-time and offers 16 hours per week, specifically working Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an anticipated start date in mid-July. The concierge acts as a key resource by fulfilling various personalized service tasks such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, and facilitating shipping needs, all directed at ensuring outstanding customer service. Another critical aspect of this position includes accurately recording service activities within BEST's service management platform and effectively marketing the available services and promotions to customers.

Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently, and a genuine passion for serving others. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience, preferably more, in a fast-paced customer service environment. They should possess proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as point-of-sale technology platforms with a sharp attention to accuracy. Being self-motivated and solutions-oriented is crucial, along with a creative and curious mindset. The position also demands physical stamina, as it involves periods of standing, sitting, walking, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Additional requirements include passing a background check and drug screen, holding a valid driver’s license, having reliable transportation, and maintaining vehicle insurance coverage. Job Requirements
