The Concierge On-Call plays a pivotal role in supporting the employees of BEST’s clients by proactively anticipating their needs and efficiently responding to incoming requests. The primary goal of the role is to deliver exemplary customer service by fulfilling a variety of tasks such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, and facilitating shipping needs. This position is held accountable for accurately capturing all service activities within BEST’s service management platform and actively marketing services and promotions to customers. As the Concierge On-Call, the individual must exhibit strong interpersonal skills to handle dynamic customer situations with poise, tact, and professionalism. Self-motivation is key, as the role requires engaging with customers proactively and managing multiple service requests effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are fundamental attributes to ensure service requests are fulfilled precisely and on time. The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, is creative and solutions-oriented, and exhibits authenticity and transparency in all interactions.
Physical capabilities are also necessary, as the role involves the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and occasionally move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain required vehicle insurance coverage. Furthermore, the ability to pass a background check and drug screen is mandatory.

Job Requirements
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and maintain required vehicle insurance coverage
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- At least one year experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with three to five years preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experienced with point-of-sale technology platforms and strong data entry accuracy
