The Concierge Team Specialist role is vital as the front line of the Zizzl member experience, providing personalized support across multiple channels including phone, email, and ticketing systems. It demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-driven environment where every interaction counts. The Specialist will take full ownership of member relationships from the initial contact to issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for members. The position operates within standard business hours Monday through Friday, typically from 8am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5pm Central Time, with an extended schedule during peak periods for Open Enrollment. In this role, the Concierge Team Specialist will manage day-to-day member interactions, monitor benefit and technology administration processes to prevent issues, and maintain high client satisfaction evidenced by consistent Net Promoter Scores. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts during regular hours and some extended shifts during peak periods
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day relationships with members including open items logs and issue resolution
- Proactively monitor benefit and technology administration processes to ensure accuracy and mitigate downstream issues
- Respond quickly and accurately to system questions
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service resulting in consistent high Net Promoter Scores
- Follow up and return calls to members if calls are missed in a timely and effective manner
- See all member inquiries to completion by phone or by email
- Record and track all member calls for quality and training purposes
- Successfully partner with various members of the Zizzl organization across multiple projects and teams
- Know and continually build knowledge about our products and technology
- Actively participate in Zizzl sponsored professional development and training initiatives
- Assist with project work as assigned including application field mapping and system testing
- Proactively seek out opportunities for efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
