Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year customer service or relative administrative experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment
  • experience with multiline telephone systems
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to work professionally and follow directions
  • strong interpersonal skills and customer relations aptitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year customer service or relative administrative experience required
  • proficient in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • experience with multiline telephone systems

  • strong customer relations and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Welcomes customers and visitors in a friendly and consistent manner
  • provides strong customer coordination to ensure excellent service
  • ensures customers and visitors sign in, are vetted through Textron Aviation Security, and receive escort-required badges
  • ensures return of visitor badges
  • maintains lobby cleanliness, organization, and presentation
  • follows proper phone procedures and etiquette with no cold transfers
  • receives and sorts daily mail while notifying respective employees
  • processes and reconciles vendor invoices and check requisitions timely
  • processes maintenance requests and follows up as needed
  • submits leadership expense reports when required
  • orders name and title plates for employees
  • maintains and issues desk keys
  • manages office supply inventory and replenishes as needed
  • coordinates tours with departments and managers
  • uploads and maintains material on company TVs using Four Winds Interactive
  • oversees utilization of the company van
  • reviews and processes long-term storage requests
