Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year customer service or relative administrative experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment
- experience with multiline telephone systems
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work professionally and follow directions
- strong interpersonal skills and customer relations aptitude

- proficient in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- experience with multiline telephone systems

Job Duties
- Welcomes customers and visitors in a friendly and consistent manner
- provides strong customer coordination to ensure excellent service
- ensures customers and visitors sign in, are vetted through Textron Aviation Security, and receive escort-required badges
- ensures return of visitor badges
- maintains lobby cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- follows proper phone procedures and etiquette with no cold transfers
- receives and sorts daily mail while notifying respective employees
- processes and reconciles vendor invoices and check requisitions timely
- processes maintenance requests and follows up as needed
- submits leadership expense reports when required
- orders name and title plates for employees
- maintains and issues desk keys
- manages office supply inventory and replenishes as needed
- coordinates tours with departments and managers
- uploads and maintains material on company TVs using Four Winds Interactive
- oversees utilization of the company van
- reviews and processes long-term storage requests
