The Concierge role at FS Residential is a pivotal position dedicated to serving residents with high-quality, personalized assistance. This full-time position involves working on a schedule from Saturday to Wednesday, 3pm to 11pm, offering a rewarding opportunity for outgoing, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals. The Concierge acts as the main point of contact for residents, managing a wide variety of service requests, and ensuring residents’ needs and desires are met professionally and efficiently. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • five or more years' experience in the hospitality industry
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with word, excel spreadsheets, and e-mail
  • strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs
  • ability to work in an upright standing position for long periods
  • ability to walk and climb stairs
  • ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
  • ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • completion of college level courses with concentration in business or hospitality strongly desirable
  • five or more years' experience in the hospitality industry
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with word, excel spreadsheets, and e-mail
  • multiple language fluency is desirable
  • strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
