The position also requires managing messages, scheduling vendor access, running errands, and enhancing resident experience through personalized service.
This role requires anticipating residents' needs by understanding their mood and style to provide proactive suggestions and develop tailored itineraries. The candidate will also be expected to organize social events and improve service quality based on resident feedback. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the privacy of residents are critical to upholding the organization’s reputation. The position involves continuous learning and networking to stay informed about industry trends and service innovations. Safety awareness and following established protocols to maintain a secure work environment are mandatory. Job Requirements

- high school diploma or equivalency preferred
- five or more years’ experience in the hospitality industry
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalency preferred
- completion of college level courses with concentration in business or hospitality is strongly desirable
- five or more years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in word, excel spreadsheets, and e-mail
- multiple language fluency is desirable
- strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
