Job Duties

  • initiate the process on building genuine relationships with clients by determining their needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and universes
  • act as the client’s first point of contact within the store, setting the tone for their experience
  • manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise by building genuine relationships and cherishing the client’s time spent at the Maison
  • greet each client with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity
  • partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team to build a seamless client experience
  • maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events
  • contribute to a smooth, efficient, and high-quality retail operation
