Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- reliable transportation for occasional travel to other properties or meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- knowledge of local area amenities
- proficiency with scheduling and office software tools
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while waiting
- answers phone calls, routes them to the appropriate team member, and assists with service request callbacks
- maintains guest suite schedules ensuring payment and cleanliness
- manages loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- ensures clubhouse amenities are ready before office opening
- manages package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours
- maintains logs for equipment rentals and dry cleaning services
- assists in scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keeps detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery options and maintains relationships with concierge vendors
