- Build customer loyalty by introducing Belk rewards program and Belk App
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain visually appealing service area, presentation standards, accurate signage, and cleanliness
- Use training tools and embrace feedback to boost product knowledge and selling skills
- Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and store events
