The role of a Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld is centered around being a Security Ambassador who excels in customer service and interpersonal communication. This position is focused on building meaningful connections with clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring safety while promoting a welcoming environment. The Concierge Security Officer’s responsibilities include greeting and verifying the identity of visitors, managing access control points, and conducting regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks. This position requires officers to be vigilant while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. The role also involves inspecting security equipment, reporting maintenance needs, and responding swiftly to incidents, including providing first aid and coordinating with emergency teams. Officers are tasked with creating detailed incident reports and communicating any security concerns effectively. The Concierge Security Officer plays a vital role in safeguarding individuals and property, requiring a blend of strong security skills and exceptional customer service abilities. The position offers set schedules with full-time, first shift hours from Monday through Tuesday and Thursday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Des Peres, Missouri site, with a competitive hourly wage of $20.20 and availability of DailyPay. Job Requirements
