Job Duties
- Provide exemplary customer service by welcoming and verifying visitors' identities
- Manage access control effectively
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to incidents, administer first aid, and coordinate with emergency services
- Answer inquiries in person and via phone
- Document incidents and communicate security issues
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
