The Security Officer - Concierge position at GardaWorld Security Services is a dynamic role that emphasizes customer service as much as security expertise. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be the welcoming face and reassuring presence in secured locations such as office buildings, hotels, and shopping centers. This part-time role, located in Anderson, IN, offers a set work schedule from Thursday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a competitive hourly wage of $17. Employees also benefit from DailyPay services, enabling access to earned wages prior to payday. Your duties will center around building trust and calm among visitors by providing exceptional customer interactions, managing access control, conducting regular patrols, inspecting security equipment, responding to emergencies, and maintaining detailed incident reports. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • authorized to work in the U.S.
  • ability to pass a comprehensive screening process including background check and drug screening
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • availability to work part-time Thursday to Friday, 1st shift 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • basic proficiency with phone and computer technology
  • strong customer service orientation
  • willingness to wear uniform and adhere to company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
  • pass an extensive screening process
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • proficient in basic phone and computer skills
  • security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred

Job Duties
