The part-time Concierge Security Officer role with PalAmerican Security is designed for individuals passionate about security and customer care. This position offers work shifts on Friday and Saturday nights from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, requiring candidates to be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record. The security officer acts as the first point of contact for visitors and staff at client locations, greeting them warmly and professionally, managing lobby security, and directing visitors efficiently. Responsibilities also include answering and redirecting multi-line phone calls, executing security emergency procedures with composure and effective communication during critical situations, and performing opening procedures in the morning. The role demands an individual who remains calm under pressure, handles interruptions skillfully, possesses punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Office.
