Job Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Pass an extensive screening process
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Have security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- Possess a state license if required

Job Duties
- Welcome and verify identity of visitors
- Guide and assist guests and tenants
- Manage access control at assigned posts
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate concerns
