- 2-4 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- have strong guest service skills
- possess sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
- be authorized to work in the u.s.
- be able to provide documentation of high school diploma or ged
- be able to ace and pass an extensive screening process
- have exceptional customer service skills
- be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- possess a state license if required
