Recognized as the only guarding security company in the United States certified by Great Place to Work, GardaWorld is committed to creating an inclusive, dynamic, and career-enhancing work environment. With a strong reputation for excellence, GardaWorld offers a variety of security roles, including tactical, surveillance, and concierge positions, catering to diverse client needs across industries such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The Concierge Security Officer role at GardaWorld Security Services is a unique blend of security and customer service, emphasizing the importance of building meaningful connections with people. This position involves more than traditional security duties; it requires a professional who can engage with visitors and occupants alike, providing a reassuring presence and inspiring confidence through exceptional interpersonal skills. Located in Louisville, KY, this role offers a set schedule with multiple shifts available, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The hourly pay varies by site, and employees have access to DailyPay, enabling faster access to earned wages.

As a Concierge Security Officer, your primary responsibility is to act as the frontline ambassador for the property you protect. You will welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide people as needed while maintaining stringent site security through access control and vigilant patrolling. Your role will include regular inspections of security equipment to ensure functionality and safety, reporting any maintenance needs promptly. Additionally, you will respond to any incidents, provide basic first aid, and coordinate efficiently with emergency response teams when necessary.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, are comfortable using basic phone and computer systems, and have experience or interest in security, military, or law enforcement fields. GardaWorld values ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit, offering career growth opportunities within the organization. Approximately 26 percent of GardaWorld's corporate employees began their careers as frontline security workers, highlighting the potential to advance within the company.

GardaWorld Security Services takes pride in its commitment to equal employment opportunities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees' health, financial security, and overall well-being, making this more than just a job — it’s a promising career path for those ready to contribute to safety and service in their community.
