Now hiring a Concierge Security Officer at their Louisville, KY location, GardaWorld is seeking professionals who bring not only keen security skills but also exceptional customer service capabilities. The role encompasses key responsibilities such as welcoming visitors, verifying identities, managing access control systems, conducting regular patrols to identify potential risks, inspecting security equipment, responding to incidents with appropriate measures including first aid, and maintaining clear communication through incident reports. In addition, the officer addresses inquiries both in person and by phone, ensuring safety and protection of individuals and property. GardaWorld supports its officers with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. Uniforms are provided at no cost to the employees, reinforcing the professional image of the team.

GardaWorld’s policy ensures equal employment opportunities across all demographics and complies with federal, state, and local laws to foster a nondiscriminatory workplace.

Employment with GardaWorld is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer is made.
