Job Duties
- Monitor building access
- Greet and verify visitors, contractors, and employees entering the premises
- Patrol premises to ensure safety and enforce policies
- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, disturbances, or medical situations according to protocol
- Document incidents, suspicious activity, and daily shift logs accurately
- Enforce property rules and maintain order
- Serve as the first point of contact in the lobby or reception area
- Register guests, issue access passes, and direct them appropriately
- Provide helpful information and assist with minor complaints or deliveries
- Coordinate with building staff including maintenance and management
- Provide concierge-level support managing amenity access
