Job Requirements

Be authorized to work in the U.S.
provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
hold a NY Guard Card
possess FO1 or FO4 certification
demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
have relevant security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus

Job Duties

Welcome visitors and verify identity
manage access control procedures
conduct regular security patrols
inspect and report on security equipment
respond to incidents and provide first aid
communicate with emergency response teams
write detailed incident reports and address security concerns
answer visitor and client inquiries in person or by phone
ensure overall safety of individuals and property
