Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for the position of Concierge Security Officer at their Tampa, FL site. This full-time role operates on a set schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, between 1:30 PM and 9:30 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage of $17.00, with the added benefit of DailyPay access for GardaWorld employees. The Concierge Security Officer role is integral to providing excellent customer service while ensuring safety and security in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position demands a person with superior interpersonal skills who can confidently engage with visitors and clients, offering reassurance and a welcoming presence.

The role of Concierge Security Officer is more than traditional security duties; it focuses heavily on customer interaction. Officers are expected to manage access control, welcome and verify identities, guide visitors, and respond promptly and professionally to any incidents. Regular patrols of the premises to identify potential risks, inspection and reporting of any security equipment issues, and coordination with emergency response teams are essential responsibilities.
