With a presence in numerous countries, GardaWorld stands out as a trusted name in the security industry, well-known for its dedication to safety, professionalism, and customer engagement. The company prides itself on employing highly skilled and well-trained security professionals who are equipped to handle a variety of security challenges across diverse environments including corporate office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and more. GardaWorld’s commitment to its employees is reflected in its recognition as the only guarding security company certified by Great Place to Work in the United States, highlighting its positive work culture and career development opportunities.

The role of a Concierge Security Officer at GardaWorld Security Services offers a unique blend of security expertise and customer service excellence. This position is part-time, based at the Easton, PA location, featuring set working hours on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays with competitive compensation at $18.00 per hour. One of the key responsibilities in this role is to foster meaningful connections with visitors and tenants, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, handling duties such as welcoming guests, verifying identities, guiding individuals through premises, and managing access control efficiently. Your engaging personality and natural ability to reassure and inspire confidence will be crucial in creating a positive security experience. Apart from customer-facing responsibilities, you will conduct regular patrols to detect potential security risks, inspect security equipment, respond promptly to incidents, deliver first aid as needed, and partner seamlessly with emergency teams when situations arise.

This role demands a person who is not only attentive and vigilant about security protocols but also excels in communication and interpersonal skills. You will be tasked with writing incident reports that accurately detail events and security concerns, which is vital for maintaining transparency and adherence to safety standards. GardaWorld Security offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. The uniform is provided at no cost, and employees have access to DailyPay, allowing for flexible and timely wage access.

GardaWorld fosters career growth and advancement, with a considerable number of corporate leadership roles having been filled by individuals who began their journey as frontline workers within the company. The environment encourages those with an entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to develop their careers in security, with opportunities spanning tactical, surveillance, and casual security roles. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening, underscoring GardaWorld’s commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and reliability. Overall, joining GardaWorld Security Services as a Concierge Security Officer is more than just landing a job—it is an opportunity to build a sustainable career in a respected company dedicated to professional growth and employee well-being.
