Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service excellence
- Knowledge of local area and networking skills
- Problem-solving and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in Word, Publisher, and video making software
Job Qualifications

- Proficiency with computer software such as Word, Publisher, and video making software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of local attractions, services, and events
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Job Duties
- Perform customer service duties including meeting and greeting new guests
- Assist guests with daily resort activities and local events
- Provide tours of the clubhouse to potential new buyers when sales personnel are unavailable
- Attend weekly Buzz events to share information and distribute flyers
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort and local events
- Distribute flyers from the local Chamber of Commerce to guests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
