Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Customer service excellence
Knowledge of local area and networking skills
Problem-solving and resourcefulness
Proficiency in Word, Publisher, and video making software

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Proficiency with computer software such as Word, Publisher, and video making software
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Knowledge of local attractions, services, and events
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

Job Duties

Perform customer service duties including meeting and greeting new guests
Assist guests with daily resort activities and local events
Provide tours of the clubhouse to potential new buyers when sales personnel are unavailable
Attend weekly Buzz events to share information and distribute flyers
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort and local events
Distribute flyers from the local Chamber of Commerce to guests
Perform other related duties as assigned
