Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our products/services and answer inquiries
- Assist with mail and packages, reservations of common areas at the property, etc.
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized lobby or reception area
- Coordinate and assist with special requests and arrangements
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information
- Address and resolve resident concerns or issues promptly
