Job Duties

  • initiate the process of building genuine relationships with clients by determining their needs
  • offer direction to appropriate departments and universes within the store
  • serve as the client’s first point of contact and set the tone for the client’s experience
  • ensure each client is greeted with utmost courtesy and integrity
  • partner with the client experience team and collaborate with the store team to build a seamless client experience
  • maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events
