previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties

initiate the process of building genuine relationships with clients by determining their needs
offer direction to appropriate departments and universes within the store
serve as the client’s first point of contact and set the tone for the client’s experience
ensure each client is greeted with utmost courtesy and integrity
partner with the client experience team and collaborate with the store team to build a seamless client experience
maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events
embody the Louis Vuitton Promise by delivering personalized and attentive service
