Percepta is currently seeking a Concierge Sales Representative to join their team onsite in Melbourne, Florida. This role plays a crucial part in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences specifically within the luxury automotive segment. As a Concierge Sales Representative, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for all pre-sales inquiries related to luxury vehicle purchases. The position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening brand loyalty by proactively promoting the client’s premium vehicles and services throughout the sales journey, from initial vehicle reveal and reservation to final purchase. This includes support via eCommerce or dealer coordination.
The Concierge Sales Representative is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to online purchasing tools, providing detailed product comparisons, answering questions related to vehicle specifications and retailer information, managing brochure fulfillment, scheduling test drives, verifying incentive certificates, and handling privacy and subscription inquiries. Communication occurs across multiple channels including chat, phone (inbound and outbound), email, and SMS to meet the diverse needs of customers.
This role requires meeting specific performance targets as set forth by Operations Management while also participating in various projects and additional duties. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of professionalism, an ability to work collaboratively within team environments, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine eagerness to build lasting customer relationships. The work schedule operates primarily during evening hours from 8 PM to 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in luxury brands
- 3-5 years experience in contact center environment
- Automotive, hospitality, or luxury environment experience preferred
- Experience with dealer operations preferred
- Strong active listening skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated luxury brand sales experience
