Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in luxury brands
- 3-5 years experience in contact center environment
- Automotive, hospitality, or luxury environment experience preferred
- Experience with dealer operations preferred
- Strong active listening skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Desire to build relationships
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule
- Intermediate computer skills such as web browsing, email, chat, Excel, and Word
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated luxury brand sales experience
- 3-5 years contact center experience
- Experience in automotive, hospitality, or luxury environments preferred
- Experience with dealer operations preferred
- Strong active listening and effective probing question skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven email etiquette in business environments
- Demonstrated interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Genuine desire to build customer relationships
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules
- Intermediate computer skills including web browsing, email, chat, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Job Duties
- Serve as subject matter expert for pre-sales inquiries regarding luxury automotive purchases
- Communicate with customers via chat, phone, email, and SMS to provide support
- Explain services, promotions, and vehicle availability working with local retailers
- Document customer interactions including follow-ups and resolutions
- Meet sales and program performance targets
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online vehicle build tools and eCommerce process
- Provide feedback to management on potential improvements
