The Concierge role within Andersen's greater Boston team is a pivotal position designed to enhance the customer experience by providing Signature Service to homeowners. This role acts as a single point of contact, streamlining communication and collaborating closely with sales and installation teams to customize the interaction to each homeowner's unique needs. The Concierge is responsible for managing homeowner job files, ensuring smooth progression through various stages from technical measures to installation and post-install support. This position demands a highly organized, customer-focused individual who excels in relationship-building and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates for this role should be adept at resolving paperwork issues, coordinating schedules, handling change orders, and addressing any situations that arise after installation, including customer feedback surveys. Working primarily Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule mainly from 9:30 am to 6 pm, the Concierge is vital in executing Andersen's commitment to outstanding customer service and satisfaction, contributing directly to the company's reputation and ongoing success in the home improvement sector. This role offers a pay range between $27.45 and $39.75 per hour, demonstrating Andersen's investment in attracting qualified and motivated professionals dedicated to delivering excellence.

Job Duties

  • Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners
  • Create and maintain homeowners' job files
  • Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
  • Work with RSRs to move the homeowner's job through the process
  • Work with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
  • Resolve any post-install situations
  • Schedule homeowners' technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
  • Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations
