Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Capability to stand, walk, and or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty-five pounds independently
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to handle occasional travel for training or business meetings

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a friendly demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and communication

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Answer phone calls, route all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assist with completed service request call backs as necessary
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manage and coordinate the loading dock and or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and or other services provided by the community
  • Assist the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Keep detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintain relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
