Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in customer service roles
  • ability to pass fair housing exam
  • strong communication skills
  • capability to work independently without supervision
  • proficiency in Outlook, Internet software, Excel and Word
  • valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • availability to work weekends and overtime as required

  • relevant experience in customer service and resident engagement
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work independently
  • knowledge of property operations software including Outlook, Internet, Excel and Word

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to the community
  • provide a personalized experience emphasizing care and convenience for residents
  • engage with residents to build positive ongoing relationships
  • respond to resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
  • act as communication center by providing community information via portals and postings
  • plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities
  • identify and implement opportunities to improve resident happiness and service
