Job Requirements
- Must have completed high school/GED equivalent
- must be able to follow oral and written instructions
- must display excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word and Excel
- must be flexible with filling in for call-outs and other shift vacancies

Job Duties
- Answering all incoming phone calls, directs all calls to the proper party
- cover the phone on a continual basis
- greet visitors and residents in a friendly and helpful manner
- give directions and answer questions to the best of your ability
- making copies and sending fax messages for the residents and maintaining a charge log for these services
- completing work order tickets for any maintenance or housekeeping services according to the requests of the residents
- accepting packages for residents from US mail and UPS, and notifying the resident of their arrival
- assisting the Director of Administrative Services in maintaining records of resident information, maintaining the resident list, and the Courtesy Check In list each week
- running the Courtesy Check In report each morning at 9:15 and notifying the nurse of anyone who has not checked in
- making all guest room reservations and completing related paperwork, then distributing the paperwork to the proper departments
- maintaining the resident phone directory and assisting in the quarterly distribution of this directory
- maintaining the fire drill lists for each building
- maintaining the miscellaneous charge book and giving the information to Accounting at the end of each month
- maintaining the records of residents who are away or in the hospital and distributing the records to the proper departments
- performing other related or non-related duties as assigned by authorized personnel or as may be required to meet emergency or other specific situations
