Job Duties

Receive hospital visitors professionally and courteously
Provide customer service via telephone and in person
Ascertain the needs of internal and external customers
Direct visitors to appropriate hospital locations
Maintain a smooth transition and flow in the hospital lobby
Respond to approved inquiries about patient information
Maintain the current register of all hospital patients
