- Call center experience and plumbing experience whether it be a call center or supply house
- Familiarity with plumbing terminology required
- Comfortable multi-tasking calls/duties
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Organized proactive and team-oriented
- Strong attendance record

Job Duties
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls
- Support day-of delivery, installation, and plumbing teams and provide customers with timely follow-up
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Communicate with vendors regarding damaged/defective product
- Act as a cross-functional support hub for multiple departments
- Perform light administrative work (Excel, price tags, order support)
