Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and reach effectively
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or property support

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage scheduling efficiently
- Familiarity with local area resources and vendor management
- Basic computer proficiency including phone systems and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with completed service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedules, ensuring payment and cleanliness
- Manage the loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are clean and ready before office opening hours
- Manage package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Maintain detailed local area information and relationships with concierge vendors
