Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Record and log service requests and track their statuses
- Provide administrative support to management as needed
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors
- Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
- Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location
- Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including transportation, dining, and entertainment
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide professional solutions
- Resolve complex problems and propose effective approaches to meet team objectives
- Establish new techniques to meet team objectives
- Impact team and related team objectives positively
- Ensure personal and team outcomes support customer objectives
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
