Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
  • Prior supervisory or shift manager experience preferred
  • Knowledge of workplace processes and systems
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of job-related experience
  • Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
  • In-depth understanding of relevant processes, procedures, and systems
  • Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong inquisitive mindset

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track their statuses
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including transportation, dining, and entertainment
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide professional solutions
  • Resolve complex problems and propose effective approaches to meet team objectives
  • Establish new techniques to meet team objectives
  • Impact team and related team objectives positively
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes support customer objectives
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
