Job Description

QSL Management is a fast-growing senior living company dedicated to providing luxurious and comfortable resort-style homes for seniors. The company’s mission focuses on enhancing wellness, security, longevity, family connections, joy, and self-worth among its residents. With a strong emphasis on fostering a positive and supportive environment, QSL Management prioritizes the growth and development of its team members. The organization deeply values qualities such as excellence, compassion, respect, leadership, integrity, safety, and joy, all of which contribute to a culture focused on service and community.

As a senior living company, QSL Management operates in a sector that combines hospitality, healthcare support, and community living to serve older adults with dignity and care. The company is committed to not only providing residents with top-quality residences but also creating an environment where caregivers and staff can thrive personally and professionally. QSL Management’s approach encourages team members to embody the core values in their daily work, supporting both residents and each other with a sense of purpose and compassion.

The current opportunity is for a part-time Concierge position at Lighthouse Pointe by Barclay House, a community within the QSL Management portfolio. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about hospitality and service to older adults, offering an excellent chance to contribute to a vibrant community. The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and employees, making a positive impression by offering exceptional hospitality and courteous service. This position involves a range of responsibilities including front desk management, answering phones, directing visitors, and assisting with maintaining a welcoming environment.

In addition to front desk duties, the Concierge supports activities held in the lobby, especially during less busy hours such as evenings and weekends, sometimes leading these events. This role also includes assisting with dining room services and performing general office tasks as needed. It requires attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills. The position is part-time, specifically covering weekend shifts with an option to pick up additional hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking flexible work schedules.

QSL Management provides a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package alongside a supportive work environment where employees can make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors. Working as a Concierge within this community means joining a dedicated team focused on enhancing the quality of life for older adults while fostering a respectful and joyful workplace. If you are motivated to serve others, aligned with the company’s core values, and enjoy dynamic, interactive roles in a senior living community, this is an opportunity worth pursuing.
