Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and take direction on multiple tasks
  • Passionate about serving seniors
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and night

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of relevant customer service or hospitality experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Provide information about community events and services
  • Maintain security by monitoring access to the building
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication between residents, families, and staff
  • Handle multiple tasks and requests efficiently
  • Uphold company standards of service with accountability and care
