Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to manage multiple phone lines and redirect calls appropriately
strong organizational skills
dependable and responsible work ethic
ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a busy environment

Job Duties

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and other related information
greets and directs visitors to the community
receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
resolves customer questions and concerns
